Saumya’s Compression Tester for PVC Conduit is designed to evaluate the compressive strength, structural integrity, and load-bearing capacity of PVC conduits under controlled conditions. This test is essential to determine the ability of PVC conduits—commonly used for electrical wiring and cable protection in construction—to withstand external compressive forces without deformation or failure.
During the test, the conduit sample is placed between two compression platens, and a controlled load is applied gradually. The system measures and records the applied force and deformation, enabling accurate determination of the maximum compressive load the conduit can withstand. After testing, the specimen is inspected for any signs of damage, such as cracks, flattening, or permanent deformation.
Built with a rigid frame, precision load control system, and user-friendly interface, the equipment ensures accurate, repeatable, and reliable results. It is widely used in PVC conduit manufacturing industries, construction sectors, electrical testing laboratories, and quality control departments for performance validation and compliance with industry standards.
