Hydraulic Compression Press

Saumya’s specially configured Hydraulic Compression Press is equipped with precision-engineered heating and cooling platens along with a programmable digital / PLC-based control system, enabling accurate control of temperature, pressure, and cooling cycles. This allows efficient compression molding of test plaques, bar specimens, polyethylene, thermoplastic resins, and rubber materials.

The Hydraulic Compression Press (also known as a compression molding machine) is a specialized equipment used to shape plastic, rubber, and composite materials through the application of heat and pressure. It is widely used for preparing test specimens, sheets, and molded components required for various mechanical and physical testing applications.

The machine is designed to deliver uniform pressure distribution, consistent thickness, and superior surface finish, ensuring reliable and repeatable results. Advanced models are available with touch screen HMI, PLC control, and SCADA software integration, making them suitable for automated operations and data monitoring.

Saumya’s Hydraulic Compression Press is available in various capacities ranging from 10 Tons to 300 Tons, with options for double platen and triple platen configurations, and can be customized as per specific application requirements including compression molding and leak testing applications.
